Qualification
1、Master degree or above, major in semiconductor, material, physics, microelectronics, etc.；
2、Good command of vacuum coating preparation technology, preferably with cigs or hit experience.；
3、At least two years working experience in PV or semiconductor industry；
4、Proficient in XRD, XRF, SEM, IV analysis and characterization techniques.

5、Familiar with SolidWorks 3d/2d drawing, can lead team members to complete equipment design ;
6、Have the ability to analyze and judge the patent infringement and write the patent application；
7、Have strong team building and management experience；8、Excellent presentation, communication and coordination skills, able to adapt to global travel ;9、Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
